ZESS Members gathered for the 174th time and discussed the future direction of ZESS research. The meeting also marked the end of Prof Kristof Van Laerhoven’s term as ZESS spokesperson. After an extended term Kristof hands over the wheel to Prof Peter Kraemer but will continue his work within the board. ZESS also welcomed PhD student Philipp Schneider (first photo, first from left) from the DFG research unit Learning to Sense as the newly elected representative of the junior researchers at ZESS.
